Caroline is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing high quality healthcare to children from infancy through adolescence. She enjoys being part of children's lives as they grow up, and she strives to empower children and their families with compassionate recommendations for physical and emotional health based on the most current medical evidence.
Caroline completed her training at Greenspring Pediatric Associates, Sinai Hospital Pediatric Emergency Department, Frederick Primary Care Associates, WatchemSprout Pediatrics, and the NICU at Johns Hopkins Hospital. This array of experience has given her the knowledge and skills necessary to provide comprehensive care to children in times of both illness and health.
Caroline worked as a Child Life Specialist for many years prior to beginning her career as a nurse. She cared for premature infants and young children with complex medical needs and conducted individual and group therapies to promote development and coping skills. She also provided procedural support to patients undergoing painful and frightening medical procedures. Additionally, she founded the hospital's first car seat safety program.
